A place to document all my moments of brilliance. You need to do one of your own!

Back in 2021, just before I took the leap and launched Noodlehorse Media, a mentor gave me invaluable advice: keep a record of the positive moments. She called it “Moments of Brilliance,” and she said it would remind me, on the toughest days, just how far I’ve come.

Inspired by her wisdom, I began this collection to celebrate each step forward, every encouraging word, and the growth they represent. If you’re reading this, I’d encourage you to keep a similar document—something to reflect on when self-doubt creeps in, to see tangible proof of your journey and your impact.

Periodically, i’ll be adding to this blog post with some awesome feedback i’ve received from clients I’ve worked with.

If you’re reading this and it hasn’t been updated in a while, I give you my whole-hearted permission to call me out on it, because what we think about ourselves, directly affects what we speak out loud about ourselves and that affects so many opportunities that we can either open up & receive or shut off entirely.

Moments of Brilliance #2: Took the advice, implemented it & got a gold star

Who doesn’t like getting a gold star? ⭐️

To receive such awesome feedback from a figure such as Mary Ann Pierce was pretty cool!

She took the time to speak some straight up truths about organic social media at a recent Awaken Hub event. I agreed with so many and had been implementing quite a few already. With that in mind, as soon as the call was over, I felt compelled to create a video there and then.

I posted it on socials and even though, statistically speaking, it didn’t get many views, it is an important tip that I wanted to share regarding how I work during webinars/ zoom calls/ panel discussions.

Here’s the video

A screen grab from Instagram of Arlene's feedback

Arlene’s kind words on Instagram about our work together capture exactly why I love what I do. In her post, she shared how she went from posting in a “frantic way” to a relaxed approach, scheduling content in advance and freeing herself to enjoy her holiday in Fuerteventura without social media constantly on her mind. In a recent Social Media Sprint, we spent just 60 minutes mapping out a week’s worth of engaging posts, giving her the confidence to keep her online presence active while she took a much-deserved break.

Her transformation speaks to the heart of my approach—empowering clients to confidently manage their social media themselves. As she so perfectly put it, my goal is to “teach a man to fish” so they have the skills for a lifetime, not just a single day. Seeing Arlene’s joy in having more time for herself, and knowing that her social media is still working in the background, reminds me why I love what I do.
